Student Services are available to support various administrative and academic needs throughout your university career in the Department of Foreign Languages and Literatures 

The Student Services office for the Department of Foreign Languages and Literatures provides specialized support for students enrolled in bachelor's and master's degree programmes within this Department.

You can reach the Student Services office for the Department of Foreign Languages and Literatures through the following methods: For all University students:

  • Help desk: submit a request through the Help desk accessible from MyUnivr Appointments: book an appointment with the Help desk, available on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 10 a.m. to noon.
  • Appointments can be booked here: logistic.univr.it/portalPlanning/UNIVR-desk choosing either an in-person or remote meeting. (Please note: It is NOT possible to make multiple reservations).

Students can independently manage many aspects of their academic career directly through the MYUNIVR section. This platform is essential for keeping up with important notices related to services and your course of study. Additional processes can be managed via ESSE3. Certain procedures, however, cannot be completed independently and will require support; in this case, you should contact the specific Help desk in your academic area

Some of the main administrative procedures include: incoming transfer, outgoing transfer, internal course transfer within the University of Verona and related acknowledgements, resumption of studies, renunciation of studies, recognition of previous academic credits.

Prospective Students Help Desk

A dedicated team of operators and student tutors is available to assist prospective students with information about the University of Verona’s educational offerings and services. You can reach them at 045.8028000, Monday through Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.

Access to the front-office counter is by appointment only. Appointments can be scheduled through the following link: logistica.univr.it/portalePlanning/UNIVR-sportelli,, where you can choose either the in-person or remote mode. (Please note: It is NOT possible to make multiple reservations).
