Recover user id and reset or change password

New students

Newly enrolled students must log into Esse3 with their SPID login details, and register; this also applies to those who in the past had only completed their pre-enrolment: they will also need to log into Esse3 with their SPID login details, and register.

Minors and international students will need to follow the relevant registration procedure.

Enrolled students – recover your login details

To recover your username and/or change (or reset) the GIA password, go to the self-service portal https://gia.univr.it/gia/ and choose one of the following:

• Password change
• Recover your forgotten username (accountId)
• Password reset

Former students – recover your login details

Former University of Verona students – i.e. Univr graduates, or Univr students whose student status has lapsed, or who have withdrawn from studies – may recover their login details as follows:

• by following the procedure described in the previous section (Enrolled students); or
• by logging in to ESSE3 using their SPID login details. Once logged in, users will be able to reactivate their Univr student status, and then enrol in: Bachelor’s and Master’s degree programmes, Professional Master’s programmes, Advanced and professional development courses, Postgraduate Specialisation programmes, Teacher training courses, Individual modules.

Are you a former international student? To recover your login details, please follow the instructions below:

• download the Login details recovery request form you’ll find in the Documents section, fill it out in all its parts and sign it;
• send the form by e-mail to: credenziali.immatricolazioni@ateneo.univr.it (please attach a scanned copy of a valid ID);
• use the username you’ll receive by e-mail (this will be sent to the e-mail address you have entered in the form as part of the self-service procedure to recover your password)
