Log in to the portal https://univr.esse3.cineca.it/Home.do. Then, from the top right-hand menu, select Registrar’s Office – Eligibility Check and click on the blue button (Enrolment).
Select enrolment type, then click on Next.
Select enrolment type and click on Next. The option “Enrolment for reserved access programmes” will only be visible for candidates who have passed a selection.
By selecting “Enrolment for free entry programmes”, you will be able to select one of the following programme types:
If you select limited-entry degree programmes, only the programme for which you have passed a selection will be shown.
After selecting the programme type, you will be able to view courses, depending on whether you have been admitted to the ranking lists, or are exempt from taking the Eligibility Check, etc.
Select your programme and, if necessary, specify the curriculum. Then click on Next.
Check that the information you have entered is correct, then Confirm.
Read and complete the Privacy fields, then click on Next.
Check the information you have entered, then click on Next.
In the case of a simultaneous enrolment, tick Yes and proceed to fill in the Declaration. If not, tick No and click Next.
Check that your identity document is correct and click Next.
If the document has expired and/or you wish to replace it, select Add new identity document and follow the instructions for uploading.
Please note: if you have registered with SPID, the ID document upload is not mandatory; otherwise (foreigners and minors), you cannot continue without uploading the PDF copy of the document. To upload the attachment, click on the magnifying glass icon.
If necessary, please enter the required information for your disability/DSA statement.
You will also need to upload a passport-size photo.
Follow the instructions, enter your qualification by filling in all the required fields (type, school, date of graduation) and click on Next.
Please note: if you have obtained your qualification abroad, please contact admissions@ateneo.univr.it
E.g. entering a foreign qualification.
If your’re enrolling in a Master’s degree, please also enter your Bachelor’s degree by choosing the correct type (first-level degree, foreign qualification, etc.). If you are an undergraduate/graduate at our University, this will have already be uploaded automatically (the tick will be green).
If you’re an underage student, or are applying for a transfer, please upload the required self-declaration form.
Check the Summary, enter the missing information, then click on Next.
Please note: the date of first enrolment may change depending on the type of transfer (e.g. when withdrawing from studies, for recognition of prior learning reasons, or when transferring from another University).
Please specify the type of enrolment, then click on Next.
Check the details, then click on Confirm to complete the enrolment procedure.
