Curricular Language Change - Foreign Languages and Literatures

Students who wish to change of one or both of the foreign languages selected during matriculation must submit the request through Service desk using the appropriate form available in the “Documenti” section.

Please note that the Chinese Language, which has limited enrolment in the Languages and Cultures for Tourism and International Commerce program (L12), is excluded from this option.

Important: Requests can only be submitted during the designated study plan submission period. Applications sent outside this period will not be considered. Any integrative learning requirements (OFAs) associated with the new language must be fulfilled.

Language change without accredited CFUs

In case no CFUs have yet been earned in foreign language or literature courses, the language change will be automatically authorized.

Language change with previously accredited CFUs

If no CFUs have already been earned in foreign language or literature courses, the application will be reviewed by the Chair of the Teaching Committee. These credits may potentially be reassigned D and F CFUs (third language).
