Silvia Cavalieri

Introduction

Silvia Cavalieri holds a Ph.D in Comparative Languages and Cultures from the University of Modena and Reggio Emilia (UNIMORE). She is currently a senior research fellow (RTD-B) at the Department of Foreign Languages and Literatures of the University of Verona. Before that, she was a junior research fellow (RTD- A) at the Department MEMOTEF of the “Sapienza” University of Rome. She lectured at the University of Ferrara, University of Parma and University of Milan. Her areas of research and publication include ESP, legal language, courtroom discourse, academic discourse, and medical discourse.
