This unit is responsible for:
- Managing and configuring antivirus programmes for the university.
- Designing, implementing, maintaining and updating the online service desk.
- Installing, managing and assisting with computer workstations, whether in person or remotely.
- Maintaining audio-visual equipment.
- Preparing the technical specifications for IT supplies and services for the whole university.
- Analysing and proposing transversal solutions to multiple departments.
